Right so I've joined weight watchers.
I've got incredibly annoyed with myself for gaining the weight I have over the last three and a half years so I'm going to do something about it.
Weightwatchers seems to have worked for quite a number of people out there and so far it's been working well enough for me.
After week one I'm -9.5lbs
After week two I'm -2lbs
Next week I want to be down another 2lbs.
