- The April 2012 Weight Watchers UK magazine features an article written by me on the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred DVD. Post about it here. PDF post can be found here. Exciting stuff!
- In March 2011 I was featured in the Sunday Life as a weightwatchers success story! Unfortunately the paper's website does not post articles online (I know, odd). So I have scanned the article in and it is available to view here
